Pops in cuffs! Woooo! Okay, so hes sweating a little. as well he should.
 I have many plans for the Inspector.. But the best part is, he can slip out of those cuffs at any time... but he hasnt....side note.. my first time doing shading with out a guide. as this is an image from a manga. I dont think i did too bad. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
